We just finished up with the 9th Annual Taste of the Grand Valley, and it was definitely a success. It was held at the Two Rivers Convention Center in Grand Junction, Colorado and the turnout was great. We fed somewhere between 1500 and 2000 people. The event is hosted by the United Way of Mesa County and the money raised goes to providing services for homeless individuals in our community. We would like to thank everyone that came out and hope you were able to sample some of our creations. For our booth this year, we chose to go with a dinosaur theme since at one time there were dinosaurs in the Grand Valley, so it was only fitting that we provided the public with various types of "DINOSAUR FOOD." The Dinosaur Journey Museum in Fruita was kind enough to let us borrow some props which definitely helped make our booth come alive! If you're not familar with the Dinosaur Museum in Fruita, visit their site here. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
