We recently had the pleasure of catering the grand opening party for Allen Unique Autos. If you are not familiar with Allen Unique Autos, they are Grand Junction's first and only car museum along with providing a premier limo service. Spring is in the Air!

As Spring in Colorado usually goes, mother nature has been playing games. One day it's 70 degrees, and the next day it's snowing. However, as we get further along through the month of April, the weather is gradually getting nicer and the flowers are starting to bloom. Also, we are entering the beginning of wedding season.
